One Day

You always confuse me.

You always have.

Sometimes I can't even look at you.

But at the same time, you are the definition of

Beauty

Beautiful

Beautifully

Different from yourself.

One face with a million voices.

Some cracked, some angelic.

One body with a million bones.

Some broken, others perfect.

One skin with a million stories.

You have taunted me while you help others.

You are abstract to me yet so relatable to them.

Part of me wishes you were simple but then,

You wouldn't be you...

Maybe one day...

One day you will help me.

Inspire me.

Change me.

But for now,

I will admire you helping others,

Confusing me,

From a distance.
