One Day

One day

She would look back

And think about how life had been a curse

And one day

She would look back

And wonder why she did it

And know that the scars would never leave

And that the scars would never fade

And on this day

She would play in the rain

In all her pain

And she danced to the song of clouds

Not realizing it was all in her head

Singing alone

With the sadness engulfing her

Drowned in the sea of her thoughts
