One day

Forgive me for not taking notice,

Of all the sacrifices you have made.

Leaving your country behind

for a chance to better yourself and your future family.

You began a new in this strange and dangerous world,

a lonely path, willing to take all the risks

only because one day it might all be worth it.

But i have not lived up to your expectations,

Neither has your other two creations.

Desperation is slowly growing within an aging body,

and it is time for me to live up to your expectations.

Not for you, but for myself,

because capable I am.

Working hard and being an honest person, thats who i really am.

One day it will be proven and what a day it will be

I will live up to your expectations

And the whole world will see.
