One Job

Astronaut, Princess, Pirate, and Doctor,

These are all jobs that fill a child's mind.

Ash, and Ashley, Sammy and Color,

Those are the kids that dreams are sure to find.

Engineer, Chemist, Scholar, and Teacher,

These are new desires, their futures.

Ashton and Ashley, and Sam and Conor,

Those are what grew, with help from tutors.

A Boss, the mother, and your child's tutor,

These are what arose from a child's dream.

Father and Mother, Professor and Mister,

Those are now more than what you had seen.

One job, one simple thing to change a life,

What is then, now, or will be will not greiff.
