One Last Page

One last page to write: blank.

Stayed up the whole night then

When morning's glaze on desk

Filled empty cup through blinds

Realized: forgot to thank

The empty page.  Its gift

Limitless, enduring, better yet free:

Unadultered, immortal possibility.
