One More Day

Dark.

Quiet.

It's normal but they don't know that...

Do they?

If they saw inside your head...

They'd run.

If they knew all of you...

Every part of you...

They'd be scared.

You're messed up.

Broken.

Different.

So you have to smile.

You have to laugh.

You have to pretend you're fine.

Because if they could see inside your head...

You would never see them again.

Except...

In your dreams.

And in your memories that will be tinted with misery.

It's okay though.

Fake it till you make it...

Right?

I sigh and stare in the mirror...

Just one more day...
