One Question
"It's all inside your head," they said.
What I want to do is lie in my bed.
I feel as if the world is spinning
Everyone, but me, seems to be winning.
As I lie here I'm nothing but alone
And I always consider myself on my own.
The doctor said the medicine might work
But the side effects make my body hurt.
Therapy seems to be my only hope
But my mind is not able to cope.
It was no easy task to face my fears
My days were empty, my nights filled with tears.
Now, I'll ask a specific question
At 17, how do you deal with depression?
