One that sings at midnight

HASTEN

little one

For the one that sings at midnight

is the one that sings

ALONE.

Hold the world in high regards

As you paint the world thus far

With its bright nights and dim stars

And once you've tried and tried again,

Remember me this:

The moment you've failed

Is the moment you've also won.

Tend your injuries and brush off your knees

Grasp the ambition that brought you so far.

Come, now, young One of no days.

Hit the ground running

Ready your pale sails

Soar among the clouds

And don't forget to

Entertain the old Albatross
