The one thing I cannot live without
I cannot live without my family and friends
Without them I tend to shrink into an inner protectve shell
They have taught me how to have high self-esteem that nothing outspends
Due to the self-confidence that they have bestowed on my I feel like a gazelle
When my mother passed away I felt utterly empty inside
If it were not for the rest of my family and friends I wouldn't have made it
I drew comfort from knowing where my mother is now top side
I never would have made it this far without them I must admit
They have been the most wonderful support group
I coul d never ask for a better network of people
The most wonderful and caring people I know are in this troop
Many of them I have met near the church steeple
In many different ways your best friends can become part of the family
Over time some friends fade away but the ones we are meant to have always stay
Those that become incorporated into the family love you with full capacity
Family and friends that are true will never in a million years give way
