One Thing I Can't Live Without

I wasn't really living until I met you.

I was just a corpse aimlessly wandering this world.

I was getting tired of going through life on my own.

The world seemed cold and mean

No purpose whatsoever

I was beginning to think I would never find my spark

Then I saw a fire.

I could have ran away

But instead I chose to explore it.

The fire gave me warmth

And a spark that ignited the life all around me.

It taught me how to love and laugh.

The fire became a necessity to me.

I became dependent on it.

I needed this fire everyday.

I needed you.

To say one thing I can't live without, well that would be you

Because I wasn't really living until I met you.
