This One Is For You

This one is for the kids that slung into a hole with their statistic, afraid that their individuality will never see the light of day

This one is for the kids who like to play God and try to take their own lives because they weren't told its worth

This one is for the young black girls who don't think that their hair or the color of their skin are beautiful because through popular media they don't see faces like their own to tell them otherwise

This one is for the forgotten, the mistreated, and the misunderstood

Hear me, the way I hear you
