The One You Love
When searching for the one you love,
They may be hard to find,
But I ask you please to stop and think,
For finding true love takes time,
Find the one who respects you,
The one who never lies,
The one who would never steal from you,
The one who really tries,
They try to make you happy,
Though they might not always succeed,
They would never wish harm or sadness upon you,
In you they have always believed,
And most of all,
They share everything they can,
From time to space to money,
Taking you by the hand.
What’s mine is yours,
What’s yours is mine,
Knowing this love will last,
Until the end of time.
