the only difference between a city and my mental complexity is that one is less chaotic than the other

the brain of one with ADHD is a muddled mess.

at least with me.

i struggle with everyday things that everyone else seems to excel in. i just want to be normal

i want to have all a's. i want to be something that my parents can be proud of.

but having the brain of one with ADHD,

i am a muddled mess

therefore

a simple goal as such

is too far to achieve.

so i sit on the sidelines

watching those who aren't defuncts

succeed.

and i cheer them on.

ignoring the internal strife inside of me.
