Dear Jesus,

I don’t even know where to start

You have seen all of my heart

I want to do what is right by you

But I have a human side too

I see what evil lurks around

So only through You can I be found

But I have needs and wants through and through

So You see, I have a human side too

I want to see justice served

But I want to fit in with the world

Jesus I see what You can do

But I have a human side too

I sin and sin and sin

But You forgive, forget, and win

So, Jesus, I choose You

But remember, I have a human side too
