Only a little girl

She was a little girl
Only in the 7th grade,
Yet she has already had to be saved.
Friends are fake and they leave her be,
She acts as if it doesn't bother her but I can see.

She was a little girl
Yet has already gone through so much.
She seems all happy and outgoing but I know she is of no such.
I want to help her,
I want her to see,
I want her to be happy,
I don't want her to be me.
I know what pain is like,
It slowly kills you from the inside out.
It doesn't matter how loud you are it doesn't matter if you shout.

She was a little girl
Once so innocent and sweet,
But the world has defeated her,
She finally has been beat.
