Only One Way Out

Scars mark my body A body stained by hate A bottle of pills under my pillow A noose in my closet Nobody cared Nobody stopped Only one way out There can be only one way out They pointed and laughed I ran and cried But I couldn't hide from the harsh words That had been driven through my soul One way out There can only be one way out A smile is all it takes To hide a life of fear A smile is all it takes to save yourself And to save those like you One way out There is only one way out Live, smile, laugh, and love Have hope for a better day Because that day is coming Don't worry, that day is coming :)

Good poem but I got kinda confused. Was he suicidal at first then had a change of heart? But still it has a lot of emotion. Please read my poems and tell me what you think.
