I know that saying: cheer up, or just smile, Might not be the medicine to your pain, Or saying: don’t worry; it’ll get better in a little while, Might not be the antidote to the poison in your brain, Running through your veins, are your thoughts you feel are vain to speak, And all I do, is try to be open to you.
