Open Road

I walk down an empty road

Headphones in

They play a soft melody

Lifting my spirits

I walk as the sun sets

The music starting over

Reminding me to keep going

With the music leading me

I walk down this unmarked road

Changing it with my every step

Just like the beats of my favorite artist

Bringing peace and happiness to me

I know I can face this empty road

With these beats, I march on
