Opposite

I'm on top of it. Actually, it's quite the opposite, but I won't admit that. I'll pocket it. I'll locket it. Throw it in the ocean. Tie a rock to it.

That's what I would like to do. I just want to hide it from you. Thinking about it, that's hard to chew and harder to choose. I find relief in the knowing I am not the only one they can accuse. The trial in my mind is old news, so I'll skip all the social ques.

Am I living or playing a game? What if the two are one in the same? I want to look back at all of this and see how this was overcame instead of choosing things to blame.

That is the end I crave. The end in which time is saved. No thoughts or questions from a deep dark cave. Until such a place, I will be taken by the waves.
