Oppression of the classes

Trees burning down to flaming embers The poor man starves im the streets The brotherhood of the rich protects it's members They sleep like babies upon their silk sheets The rich get richer while the poor go broke People are arrested for trying to survive The working poor kept docile on meth and coke The lucky few get luxuries of which others are deprived Those who work for change are slandered by the wealthy Those who act with kindness are praised as saints People in the cities can't afford to be healthy Future generations will hate us for the picture we paint
