Optimistic

I had to catch myself

I didn't learn my lesson.

So when I caught myself

I later taught myself that-

That no one in this life is on my team.

Even blood can be poisonnous.

It's a singular journey,

A treacherous mission.

You've got to do it yourself

Otherwise this life will take its toll.

Yet as we try to find ourselves,

Never truly lost.

It's time you teach yourself,

that llife is full of loss.

All the negative, all the positive.

It happens for a reason, and just because the weather

changed doesn't mean it's your last season
