She was "THAT" girl Yeah, she was "THAT" girl
"THAT" girl who was teased "THAT" girl who always aimed to please
She wanted to be more Yeah, more than "THAT" girl
"THAT" girl who wore a smile on the outside "THAT" girl who was dead on the inside
She hoped to get through Yeah, hoped to get through the crisis of being "THAT" girl
"THAT" girl who didn't feel loved "THAT" girl at the end about to give up
She craved for more Yeah, she craved for more than just being "THAT" girl
"THAT" girl who seeked for attention "THAT" girl who cried for help
She then resurfaced She learned she was more than just "THAT" girl
Now, just now... She learned...
She learned she wasn't "THAT" girl She was Thee girl
Thee girl who is beautiful Inside AND Out
Thee girl with a beautiful Heart, Mind, & Soul
No longer "THAT" girl Thee girl is who she became
Accepting her flaws AND all Although she's a work in progress
She remains to stand strong She says bye to "THAT" girl And hello to Thee girl
