orange heart

It all started with a text and it slowly blossomed into a friendship

My mistake was taking it too fast,

our first date was 4 days later

We instantly clicked..

I was hesitant to give you my love, but you swept me off my feet

We sat together and you always made me smile, I slowly fell in love with your big brown eyes and your chubby cheeks

Skipping class just to spend time with you in the back of my crv

Murphy park and long talks about nothing

In school we were strangers but beyond those gates we were everything

You said the 3 words, 3 syllables and 8 letters that I will never forget

I told all my friends but you told no one

Then it all changed It began to feel like you were no longer interested

You gave me 4 months of laughs, hugs, and love

Then it was over in a blink of an eye

The good morning texts were gone and I no longer received the warm hugs

Your hand was no longer in mine

My Room full of tissues and eyes cloudy from the pain you caused

Was it my fault?

Turns out it was temporary love for eternal pain

You said you wanted the best for me but YOU WERE THE BEST FOR ME
