Orphan

What if

Unloved heart, abandoned, lost.

Lonely eyes staring into their future

Innocent souls, too young to be engulfed in fear

Left behind to fend for themselves

What if

Then one smiling face embraces the child with love

A light to lead,

To soothe their fears,

A moment that changes lives,

Recovers the lost
