The Orphans

The children, the children

Will anyone care

A little girl just wants somebody to care

So badly, so badly

They want to be loved

Who to call mommy

Who to call daddy

So painful, so painful

Are the lonely nights

With no one to hold them,

Oh so tight

There’s hope, there’s hope

If they just close their eyes

Maybe one day

Maybe one day…
