The Other
Help me,
For I cannot see what comes.
Help,
For I cannot prevent what will happen.
The solace,
The one I have created,
Is breaking,
Shattering,
Falling,
Apart.
My mind is the invaded.
Thoughts,
Memories,
The negativity.
The faults I have tried to shield away,
They are coming in,
Taking what they want,
Seeping deep into the roots of my mind,
Corrupting every inch of luscious innocent pink.
Happiness turns to Sadness,
Bliss to Anger,
Love to Lust,
Safety and Comfort to nothing but Lonliness,
Everything lost,
Everything changing.
Once again,
Feeling as if,
The other half,
Deep under the skin,
Took over.
Seeing nothing,
Feeling nothing,
Just the pure emotion of anger.
