The other girl

Through the mirror across the wall

Stands a girl

No one knows her name

Her hair as tangled and golden as hay

Her eyes shine like the moon

Her expressions timeless

She stared through the mirror through you to something else

A bookcase

A bookcase that seems to lean against a transparent shiny silvery wall

In which

Hundreds of books lay

One leaves

Another takes its spot

Like a never ending cycle

Down the forbidden hallway

You would have never known

If the route was not taken

The girl never saved

The bookcase never seen

Friendships lost

You would have never known
