The Other Side


If you looked at this girl You would never see All of her pain And misery. She doesn’t let it show But it never goes away It follows like her shadow Each and every day. She pushes it all down And puts a smile on her face. All of that changes though When it’s night time at her place. She cries herself to sleep Every single night She stays like this until the sun Reemerges with it’s light.
