The Other Side

Sunshine bounces off the flowers,

absorbed into your warm soul.

The brightness lets you see

 the beauty that surrounds you.

Butterflies circling your face,

Animals stomping away,

Critters fighting the mountains of the grass.

The essence of creation.

Do you see that?

That dark spot in the distance.

I approach the darkness,

And while a butterfly was flying in

it just disappeared.

The split second of its existence vanished.

I dare walk upon the division of worlds.

There was nothing,

But a lack of creation.

You could see the sunshine

Dying out while it was leaving within my soul.

The darkness eats you,

until your cold,

until your existence have vanished.
