Our Chemistry

My heart burns for you like lithium mixed with water, it almost seems like magic, but we don't live in the world of Harry Potter. The differences between us are no doubt miscible, even if we argue, the look on your face makes you so very kissable. Just like the electrons orbiting an atom, we are there for one another, and that feeling fills in the chasm. We get along well, sharing a covalent bond we can joke, laugh, and tease that's why I'm so fond. Unlike Technetium our love is not man made, contrary with all the others, we don't have to keep up a charade. I fell for you with confidence and much ease, however, gravity kept me upright, So it is Sir Isaac Newton I must tease. Avagadro's number seems like just a big number and such, but metaphorically speaking, it is a big way to say "I love you this much!" I could tell you I love you all night and all day, until the day the cow jumps over the moon, and the sun stops burning and we wither away, I think from this poem you can come to that conclusion, maybe someday we will make history, and our poem will become an allusion.
