Our Earth
Every day that I wake up,
The air becomes filthier,
The trees become weaker,
And we die a little more
Each day. More pollution
In the air as the cars whiz by.
The Artic begins to melt and
The snow comes less and less.
People become sicker and weaker.
Animals die again and again.
What is going on? Why is this
Happening? Why are we destroying
Our planet? Some people do not
See our earth dying as they lay
Out on the beach or go to their
Business meetings. They simply do
Not care.
