Our Elements

Location

Water you are life.

You flow through Earth's veins,

Transport us to the vast unknown,

Whiten the cold, frozen ground and

Darken the sky and let out a cry.

Earth, prisoner on watery shores.

Locks covered with grey despair,

Hiding your joy until the spring.

Take the waters tear,

Break your chains and be free.

To spread the Fire that burns with intensity

That leaps and creeps with desire,

Feeding on life and air

A power that lays the landscape bare

and roars with rage.

They are separate, individual entities that form

Yet Air binds them

It lets out its lonely howl,

A voice which can never be seen and

Blows

They soon become one, acting upon another

Breathing life in me,

In you,

In Humanity.
