Our Flag Is Still There

We sang to the warriors, Who were strong when we were not. We sang to the warriors, Who were crippled in their cot. They loved to see our faces. They loved that we cared. They all wept together When we sang of our country so fair. I will never forget the face I saw that day. Hidden beneath the isolation, depression and dismay, He loved his country In a much deeper way.
