Our Goal
Day after day
Piles after piles of duties
Why can’t I just give up?
It’s not in me, trust me!
I tried, did everything I could to find it in me
But the desires of fulfillment, the things in life is nerve-racking
The enjoyment of school comes within devouring those cookies and cake during lunch time
Wait could it be the accomplishment of school work that makes it delightful
You know? When you hand in that assignment
And you’re craving to know your grade within the next hour
Those hours of effort, struggle, and thinking, better be worth it
When my responsibilities are burden on me
It’s clear; I can’t surrender
At least not without a battle
It’s not in my nature
In order to win the battle, your mind and heart should be locked with one particular element
That is my purpose
That is my aim
That is my greatest satisfaction
Wait is it to ignore the workload or the accountability of what others demand of me
Or is it the struggle with my inner selfish desires
Comes to think of it, why do we strive hard to get an education?
It’s to better your future by getting a degree in helps of aiding you in getting a career so you can make those stacks of bills
That my friend is what people tell you
But reality is, we strive hard in hopes of setting an example to those younger than us, to those that believe life is a pain in the ass, to those that feel as though nothing is accomplish-able in this world
We show them a lesson or two of what life is capable of
We show them that the struggles and pain they go through is worth it in the end
These actions help us to become the roles models people desire
And our legacy continues even after when death over takes us
Every day that passes, the sun shines brighter as our actions and teachings are remembered
That is our purpose
That is our aim
That is the greatest satisfaction anyone can get
