Our Happy Place
Two people embrace
In so peaceful a place
His head next to hers
To be heard over the surf.
Far beneath the ocean waves crash
And ocean sounds mash
But wrapped up in peace
Joy they two keep
Two beautiful people
Together, on Monterey's beach.
The ocean below
The grass underneath
Surrounded by Willow,
Bluebell and Heath
Just us together on Monterey's beach.
