Our Love

The bitter sweet taste of caramel

covered in smooth dark chocolate.

Accepted by some, secretetly hated by others.

Simply because we're happy

and the trials we endure can not be discovered.

We are lovers, completely head over hills for one another.

I look into your eyes and wonder.

How? .. How could such a beautiful soul

love someone who was once so cold ?

Your strong and unwaviering love warmed

my heart, lifted my spirit and helped me grow.

Grow beyond the hurt and the pain  the insecurities

and shame, the anger, and even my phobia of change.

I am not perfect and neithr are you, but there's no

question that our love is perfect and true.

No woman, nor man could even begin to fathom or

understand the amount of love and respect I have for you.

Being without you is something that i simply CAN NOT and

WILL NOT do.

With this being said it is easy to conclude

that my love was created just for you.
