Our Loyal Connection

Our voices raise and our tempers too

There are disagreements and long silences

And sometimes empty sides in our bed for two

But the rings that bind us here never slip from our minds

As we try so hard to keep up with the changing times

Divorce rates grow, but our marriage will never go

We choose this life and the love that we share

For it wasn't fate or chance that led us here

Our forgiveness of eachothers most regrettful mistakes

Our apologizes and open honesty

Our sacrifices because we have so much more at stake

There is trust and unquestionable comfort

But there is also God, who binds us together through His love

Our equality and matromony is all owed to Him

It was His perfection and constant obsession that created our loyal connection
