Our Ques

Haikus haikus

Are they hais or kus?

Can you haiku a haiku

Or’s my ques too low?

The highs of the coos

Que coo coo-coo

Coo-coo as in crazy?

Or as in a pigeon

Or wait

Maybe a dove?

A que of coos coo-coo and poo

Que up the coo-coos

No time for who’s whose

Short ques are haikus

That can’t coocoocachoo

Coos of the hais

His

Hi

Yours

Who

Who who hai who ku

Haiku who que who

High hai ho

Coo-coos on cocoa

Pineapples in stew

How can I haiku

When the words I have for you

Stretch longer than five

And seven five syllables

I can’t write haikus

Without my hais high que coos

And sit by myself

No cooer than ques

Haikus made for you

So we coo, cry, and poo

Myself or yours, too

Alone in our ques
