Our Relationship Cannot Be Explained

We broke up They still think We are together No one understands I don't love you like that And you don't either Only a few know And those that don't Can't tell the difference. They Can't see my confusion in August September And a little in October I see you everyday In the halls In the classrooms Your mother says she understands I don't think anyone Not even you Understand. We just lie and say we do. Prom is soon They are giggling, thinking we are getting back together. No. Never. Not possible. I love you In a way Only we can express
