Our time is special

Today's world is very different from that of the past.

There have been developments

Both good and bad.

For example technology,

They changed the world.

They were able to help many people,

But they also make people addicted.

We could carry on with arms,

who have saved many lives,

but have ravaged others.

Laws have changed too.

We banned slavery, and gave women the right to vote,

But the discrimination is still there,

Women are not on the same level as men,

And racism is still present.

Finally, let's talk about the climate,

Today's politicians don't pay enough attention to it,

And we're going straight to our losses.

Melting of glaciers, increase in temperature,

Reflect,

Are we really going in the right direction?

Let's change this world together, hand in hand.
