Out of Anything

Sleek black pen

And

Pearly white paper

Ready to write

But

Out of words

Sharpened pencil

And

Graphite point

Ready to draw

But

Out of pictures

Full backpack

And

Emergency kit

Ready for anything

But

Out of anything

Now I’m doubting

If I am ready

Because

How can I ever test

If I am ready

If I am out?
