Out the Window

Out the window where I sit

I question where am I?

This is not the world I once lived in

What happend?

Life.

It's not the same

I hear guns firing, people crying

mothers praying for their children to come home safe

Strangers comforting families of lost loved ones

Where's peace? Where's love?

Where am I?
