Overboard

thou words they speak,

the words bring anything but peace,

he or she gossips,

but does any of it really matter?

Thou words they speak are utterly outragous,

then in high schol it seems contagious,

one rumor spread like brain cancer or a tumor,

tell me where is the humor?

Tis' it funny or kind?

tis' is it repectful or such a delight?

tell me does it honestly feel right?

tell me why do you try to start a fight?

is it overboard?

isn't it extreme?

how do we pull the cord?

on top of all the dramam would you prefer icing or whipped cream?

Iḿ M, I like reading, writing, cooking, acting, and helping others. Good luck to other poets out there, and never give up on your dreams. No matter how hard it seems.
