Overcame & Overcoming

Stress can become your worst enemy.

I was drowning.

I did not want to see the way out,

but that is past tense.

Somehow, I am finally back on track...

And that somehow was trust.

I am working

I am trusting

Because trust is nothing

if you put no work into it.

I am taking my time

and trusting.

One step at a time

one day at a time

Keep an eye on the prize

I have come to the realization that everything happens for a reason.

I was given wings to fly,

but have been taken away the opportunity to fly.

At first I was mad...

Why me?

I did nothing wrong.

But then,

trust

Maybe it is not time for me to fly yet.

I am growing

and learning

I am breaking

and building

It is all part of the plan.

I do not know how long it will take

And I do not know how hard it will hit

But there is one thing I do know.

I am being molded

and it is all part of the process.

I let go,

and let God.

...The greatest is yet to come.
