Overcoming
After the wind blows and the storm hits
Before the calm arrives and the tension sits
Calamities strike then settle into mist
Destruction comes and goes, but is never missed
Existentially present in the physical sense
Forsaken later from the mental remnants
Golden beams begin blasting through the dark
Holding on to history in attempt to make a mark
