Overcoming the fear inside

I defeated that fear
The carnal repulsion we all face
When we charge towards it, instead of away, something happens
Things get done
Problems get solved
and I faced that

My sister screamed out
Crimson flowing down her thumb
My heart was racing
My hands shaking
I ran to help her in that moment
My duty overcame my fear then
