Overflowing Waters

Overflowing Waters

The past haunts her like
overflowing waters of a dam.
Yet she stands overcoming
all of the obstacles that
tried to get in her way.

Being free and
living a fulfilling life happily.
Along the way she
would sometimes grow
weary and would feel so much dismay.

Standing with a sword and
shield she fault through the hard
days.
