Overthinker

Get out of your head.

Are you afraid of feeling?

Holding on to what was,

You're not that person anymore.

Time to take action, the action you were afraid to take.

Get out of your head.

Thought loops,

everything’s repeating

No one is perfect

We all grow from pain

Don’t second guess yourself

There’s a lesson to be learned

Now It’s time to engage.

Stop holding yourself back.

Admit that you need help to stop fighting the lies made up by your mind.

Allow this process to happen.

What you want is safety.

Get out of your head

Objectify

Time to feel, stop self-sabotaging to fit into what you think is real

You were made to rise,

To take In your pain and convert it to purpose.

Preparation meets opportunity

Don’t look at the present as an ending, But as the start of a new life.

Transformation

Don’t push yourself until your backs against a wall. In moments of distress is where we find it all,

our strength.

We will succeed.

Now is where it begins,

don’t call it quits

When it gets uncomfortable

All fear is, is a fear of feeling.

And shame hides in the dark.

Let it go and

stay out of your head!
