Overwhelmed

Being overwhelmed is not a rainbow of fun,

It is not a peaceful morning at yoga,

Or a peaceful lake in front of you.

It's not as calming as a fish.

Being overwhelmed is a blank canvas,

With the artist's thoughts scrambled,

Relentlessly in his mind.

It is the stress that builds up inside of you,

Waiting to explode.

People can be overwhelmed like puppies,

And not even know it.

Overwhelmed is a silent killer.

It is a world in the mind of a teenager.
