P. T. M.

Deep

Dark
With dilated pupils
That lock on mine
Every damn time

I get lost
In those dark,
abyssal eyes
That go on forever
Like a ticking clock

Those eyes
That lock on mine
Every damn time
That are dark and abyssal
Are like an arrow to the heart

They kill me
And captivate me
and freeze time
But they're something I keep coming back to
Because one more look
is never enough

With those
Dark, abyssal eyes
That lock on mine
Every damn time
And make me lost
Tripping on reality and time.
